Ten years ago this might have been a counterintuitive argument, Wisemann, but now it’s so common that the harder to case would be to continue banning substances.
You’re not specific enough yet, which is a second cause for me to worry that you might not be able to achieve more than a low-C grade on this topic, and that only if your paper is terrific in every other way. You might be able to pull it off, but the risks are high that you won’t.
First, for a topic that’s covered so widely in the popular press, I’d have to ban your use of the lowest-hanging sources, the ones that appear in magazines already with your title on them:
And of course the website that advertises to sell ready-made papers on the subject of: “Legalize Steroids in Sports Essay examples.” That’s Cram.com. They offer up 4 sample essays of varying lengths on the home page.
I found these four sources in 30 seconds.
I won’t tell you what to write about, but I will caution you against choosing Yes/No arguments where sides have already been chosen and most of what can be said has already been said.
Would you like to meet for a conference so we can craft a hypothesis narrow enough and fresh enough to reward original research?
Thank you for your comment professor. After reading this, there’s no doubts in my mind that I’ll choose to go with this topic. I have another one I have chosen that should be very strong.
Also, my name is in the list for a meeting with you tomorrow at 10:45
Thank you and see you tomorrow.
There’s ambiguity in your Reply, Wisemann.

sure sounds as if you’re committed to sticking with it. But the rest of your remark contradicts that impression. Either way, I look forward to talking to you tomorrow. Whatever happens, I’ll enjoy the exchange of ideas. Thank you for your reply.
